Product description: cottage cheese 9%, Rokiškio namīne, 180 g. It is a traditional cottage cheese of the sour milk product group, made from pasteurized cow's milk. The product is produced by the Lithuanian milk processing company Rokiškio sūris. "Rokiškio namīne" cottage cheese is a natural, loose and mild-tasting cottage cheese, the fat content of which reaches 9%. It is characterized by a soft texture, light milk acidity and natural milk aroma. Cottage cheese is produced by fermentation, separating cottage cheese grains from whey.
Properties:
• Fat content: 9%.
• Consistency: loose, soft.
• Color: white or slightly creamy.
• Taste: mild, slightly sour.
This cottage cheese is suitable for:
• eating alone;
• making desserts and cottage cheese creams;
• baking cottage cheese, after baking;
• use in baked goods or breakfast dishes
Ingredients: pasteurized milk, lactic acid bacteria starter.
