Delivery Terms
Delivery in Lithuania
• In Vilnius, we deliver goods free of charge when the value of the shopping cart (excluding VAT) exceeds €100. If the value is €100 or less, a delivery fee of €7 + VAT applies.
• In other serviced areas of Lithuania, we deliver goods free of charge when the value of the shopping cart (excluding VAT) exceeds €150. If the value is €150 or less, a delivery fee of €7 + VAT applies.
• The free delivery threshold is calculated based on the value of the goods after discounts, excluding the delivery fee. The final amount payable, including applicable fees, is displayed before the order is confirmed.
• Separate pricing applies to deliveries to the Curonian Spit. Delivery costs start at €35 + VAT and depend on the weight and number of packages. If the cost cannot be calculated at the time of the order, we agree on it with the buyer before final confirmation of the paid order.
Temperature-controlled products
We deliver chilled and frozen products only to locations where we can maintain the specific temperature conditions required for the product. We do not ship these products via standard parcel delivery services to locations not serviced by our own transport. Information regarding available delivery methods and restrictions is provided prior to order confirmation.
Delivery times
Upon receipt of an order, a proforma invoice is sent to the buyer via email. If paying by bank transfer, the order is processed once payment is received.
If payment is received on a business day before 12:00 PM, goods are delivered the following business day in Vilnius and Kaunas; delivery to other cities follows the applicable schedule. If payment is received after 12:00 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday, delivery is arranged for the day after next.
We do not deliver goods on weekends or public holidays.
International delivery
We ship orders to the European countries listed at the time of ordering. Goods are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment receipt. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country and the chosen delivery method.
Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering based on the recipient's address and the shipment's weight. The specific price, estimated timeframe, and shipping restrictions applicable to the order are displayed before order confirmation.
Order pickup
Goods can be collected on business days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM:
• In Vilnius – Lentvario St. 33, loading bays 5–6.
• In Klaipėda – Tilžės St. 86, loading bays 51–52.
Payment terms
Payment for goods can be made:
• By bank transfer – using the details specified in the proforma invoice.
• In cash – upon collection of goods at the pickup point, based on the provided invoice and cash receipt voucher.
If paying by bank transfer, the goods are delivered or prepared for pickup once payment has been received.
