Recipe Cod ravioli with pepper cream and sun-dried tomato fillet. For 4 people.
300 g fresh pasta; 240 g cod cream; 160 g pepper cream; 100 g sun-dried tomato fillet in sunflower oil;pq.s. extra virgin olive oil; p.s. vegetable stock; p.s. salt; p.s. pepper.
Preparation method:
Roll out the fresh pasta until thin and fill the ravioli with the cod cream. Once ready, cook them in boiling salted water. In addition, heat the pepper cream with a splash of vegetable stock in a saucepan, and prepare the sauce in a pan by mixing the sun-dried tomato fillets and extra virgin olive oil.
Drain the ravioli and add to the sauce. Garnish and serve hot.
