Product description: MODO raspberry puree, 750 ml. MODO Raspberry Purée 75 cl is a rich, fruity-fresh raspberry puree concentrate for creating rich drinks, cocktails, desserts and confectionery. The puree is perfect for both professional bar kitchens and home use - from lemonades or sodas to cakes, sauces, ice cream or yogurts.
