Product description: cheese cream sauce from four cheeses, DEMETRA, 600 g. Four cheeses:
• Italico cheese is a semi-soft Italian cheese made from cow's milk, with a mild, buttery taste and a light yellow, elastic interior;
• Emmental cheese is a famous Swiss hard cheese with large holes, made from cow's milk;
• Fontina cheese is a semi-hard cheese of Italian origin, famous for its rich, buttery taste and excellent solubility, therefore it is often used for baking, melting and fondue.
• Grana padano is a famous Italian hard cheese, made from cow's milk and aged from 9 to 24 months. It is very similar to Parmesan (Parmigiano Reggiano), but has a slightly milder taste.

Ingredients for 4 servings: 4 tortillas with turmeric; 400 g beef flank steak; 100 g pepper fillet in sunflower oil; 100 g “Mexicanos” beans; 80 g “Crem-A-Poche” four-cheese sauce; 15 g “Grill-Mexicana” cheese with seasoning salt; p.p. salad.
Preparation: cut the beef into strips, season with Mexican mixture and quickly fry in a pan. Season with peppers and beans. Place the tortilla on a plate, close it and decorate with cream cheese.
