Product description: Nduja cream, DEMETRA, 530 g. Cream made from Nduja sausage, with a spicy taste. This cream is ideal for seasoning pizza, seasoning pasta dishes and preparing bruschetta.

Recipe: Risotto with mussels, "nduja" cream and "stracciatella" cheese
320 g "carnaroli" rice; 400 g fresh mussels; 100 g "stracciatella" cheese; 50 g butter; 40 g young pecorino cheese; 1 shallot; 70 g "Nduja" cream; 30 g cream; extra virgin olive oil p.p. vegetable stock with pink pepper; p.p. delicate ruby peppers; p.p. white wine; p.p. tarragon.
Preparation: crush the tarragon with a food processor until completely crushed and set aside; open the mussels and set aside; chop the shallots and put them in a pan with oil, add the rice and let them brown; cook the rice with the white wine and vegetable stock; add the “nduja” cream, a little butter and pecorino cheese; serve in the center of the plate and top with the peeled mussels, a drizzle of stracciatella cheese and tarragon powder.
