Consistency - thick jam mass, in which whole blackcurrant berries are distributed. Taste and smell - typical taste and smell of blackcurrant berries, sweet, without foreign taste and smell. Color - dark red - burgundy shade, typical color of blackcurrant. The product is fully ready for consumption. Can be used for the preparation of other dishes.
