Product description: black lentils (Beluga) are small, shiny lentils that resemble black caviar in appearance. They have a mild, slightly nutty flavor and a firm texture, so they hold their shape when cooked. Due to their elegant appearance and versatile use, they are highly valued in both professional and home kitchens. Perfect for salads, soups, stews, side dishes, and vegetarian and vegan dishes.
