Product description: frozen ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach. Frozen ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach is a pasta product inspired by Italian cuisine with a soft, creamy filling. Ravioli is made from durum wheat flour dough, and their filling consists of ricotta cheese, spinach, hard cheese and aromatic spices.
Due to their balanced taste and convenient preparation, ravioli is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. They can be served with butter, olive oil, sauces, fresh herbs or grated cheese.
Product features: shape - square. The surface is smooth, the relief of the filling may be visible. The color is yellowish, a greenish shade of spinach may be visible.
Preparation method: add frozen ravioli to boiling salted water and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Ingredients: dough (50%): durum WHEAT flour (Italy), EGG yolks, water, salt. Filling (50%): ricotta cheese 22% (WHEY, CREAM, salt, acidity regulator citric acid), spinach 20%, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, seasoning (preservative calcium propionate, vegetable fat (coconut)), hard cheese (PASTEURIZED MILK, MILK proteins, salt, enzyme, sourdough), EGG yolks, butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper).
