Large, carefully selected green olives are gently pitted and stuffed with a rich, harmoniously seasoned meat filling, then rolled in a light, crispy breadcrumb coating. The quick-freezing technology preserves the authentic taste and texture, so when cooked, the olives become pleasantly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. 1 piece weight about 15 gr; (1kg contains about n. 66 pieces)

Preparation method:

Bake without thawing in the oven or deep fryer at 180-200 °C until golden and crispy.
