Product description: frozen dough KATAIFI, 500 g. These are thin, thread-like dough strands, usually made from wheat flour, water and oil. It originates from the cuisine of the Middle East and the Mediterranean region, especially popular in Greece and Turkey. Usage: desserts - traditional sweets, such as Greek kataifi with nuts and syrup; snacks - wrapped in cheese, seafood or vegetables, roasted in the oven; creative dishes - mini cakes or crispy baskets for desserts.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour (gluten), water, starch, salt, emulsifier, SOY lecithin, refined sunflower oil, preservative potassium sorbate. DEFROSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove the product from the box and let it thaw at room temperature for about 2 hours. PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: Take a small portion of dough from the package and, by carefully stretching it with both hands in opposite directions, loosen the dough. Work with small portions of dough. Cover the remaining dough with a light damp cloth.
