Oscar Fond Duck Stock Concentrate is a premium liquid stock concentrate that delivers a rich duck flavour and aroma to a wide variety of dishes. Ideal for soups, sauces, stews, risottos, pasta dishes and meat recipes. A professional choice for the HoReCa sector and everyday cooking.

Ingredients: duck concentrate 65% (water, duck stock concentrate, duck powder, salt), salt, flavourings, sugar, modified starch, onions, garlic, vinegar, stabiliser (xanthan gum).
