 Product description: MODO strawberry puree, 750 ml. MODO strawberry puree 750 ml — a rich, fruity and natural strawberry intensity puree-base, perfect for drinks, cocktails, desserts, sauces, pastries or ice cream. Ideal for both professional bar and restaurant kitchens and home dinners or parties.

Usage:
• Cocktails & mocktails — intense strawberry taste and aroma goes well with soda, drinks or fruit juice mixes.
• Soft drinks & lemonades — diluted with water or soda — a refreshing, fruity drink for summer or holidays.
• Desserts, ice cream & confectionery — suitable for sauces, creamy fillings, cakes, pies, ice cream, yogurts or pancakes: gives a natural strawberry taste and aroma.
