Product description: Passion puree, MODO, 750 ml. MODO Passion Puree 75 cl – tropical, intense and versatile fruit puree-base, perfect for cocktails, mocktails, drinks, desserts, sauces and confectionery. Puree with passion fruit and peach components – gives an exotic, refreshing taste and aroma.
Usage:
• Cocktails & mocktails — ideal base for exotic cocktails, mojito, spritz, soft drinks or lemonades.
• Desserts & confectionery — suitable for sauces, creams, cake or pie fillings, tropical desserts with fruit flavor.
• Soft drinks & soda — topped with soda water or cold water – refreshing, fruity drink.
• General culinary use — juice/puree base for sauces, spreads, yogurts, ice cream or a cocktail glass to give a tropical character.
