Product description: minced pork and beef mass without bones and their splinters, cartilage, large veins and membranes, blood clots, lymph nodes and contamination. The raw material is crushed through a 3 mm diameter meat grinder sieve. The color of the muscle tissue of the product is dark pink, the fat tissue is white or light yellow.
 
Color - light or dark pink, there may be color changes, darkening in the places of contact with the container or packaging. Taste and smell - the smell is characteristic of fresh meat, without extraneous smell. Heat treatment is required before use.
 
Ingredients: pork 60%, beef 40%. The percentage of fat is not more than 20%. The collagen/meat protein ratio is less than 18%.
 
Food additives: none.
