Product description: minced aged beef, wet. Minced beef is made from raw beef without bones and their splinters, cartilage, large veins, membranes, blood clots, lymph nodes, contamination and without additional water. The raw material is crushed through a 3 mm diameter meat grinder sieve. Possible release of natural meat juices, up to 1.5%, in the package, when the product is stored at the specified temperature (-1 - +2) °C. The color of the muscle tissue of the product is dark red, the fatty tissue is white. The meat is not crushed, the structure of the muscle tissue fibers is not destroyed, the particles of lean meat and fatty tissue are visually visible. Minced beef is vacuum packed and aged for at least 3 days (wet aging). Heat treatment is required before use.
