Product description: pearl couscous, 3 kg. A product made from durum wheat semolina (Triticum durum), the elements of which are bound by the addition of drinking water and which has been physically processed, for example, by boiling and drying. Couscous must be: clean, safe and suitable for human consumption; free from unusual tastes, odors. For use by all customers, except infants and consumers allergic to wheat gluten.
Preparation: pour pearl couscous into salted boiling water (ratio 1 part couscous: 2 parts water), cook over low heat in a covered pot until the liquid is completely absorbed (about 9-11 minutes).
Ingredients: 100% durum wheat semolina.

Allergens: contains wheat flour and its products.
Packaging: HDPE bags.
