Product description: frozen pork ragu, kg. Ragu can be prepared from the neck, chest, lumbar, sacral and tail vertebrae, spinal cord, rib cartilage, sternum and part of the pelvic bones. The aforementioned bones must be cut into pieces no longer than 8 cm long. Ragu must be free of contamination, not dried out, not glutinous, not sticky. The relative amount of soft tissue is not less than 15%. Natural meat juices may be released in the package.
