400 g minced chicken; 70 g potato flakes; 30 g goat cheese and ricotta; 40 g red cabbage sauce
70 g Crem-A-Poche gorgonzola cheese (PDO); 100 g paprika cream; 15 g Grill-Universal seasoning salt; p.p. pitted olives "Leccino".
Preparation: Season 400 g of chicken mince with 70 g of potato flakes, the mixture and the cabbage sauce. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape the dough into regular six-centimeter squares about half a cm thick. Sprinkle with olive powder.
