For 1 pizza: 40 g swordfish cream; 80 g mozzarella cheese 60 g; quartered fried artichokes; 20 g medium-dried small tomatoes "Gourmet" in sunflower oil; 30 g smoked swordfish carpaccio; p.p. lemon pepper, aromatic mixture.
Preparation method:
Place the swordfish cream, mozzarella cheese, artichokes, medium-dried small tomatoes on the pizza base and bake in the oven.
Once cooked, garnish with the swordfish carpaccio and season with lemon pepper.
